2012 Build Safe/Live Safe Conference of the NYC Department of Building

The 2012 Build Safe/Live Safe Conference is a part of the New York City Department of Buildings’ Construction Safety Week, an annual series of events intended to encourage safe construction practices throughout the City.

At this one-of-a-kind conference, Department engineers, architects, and construction authorities will discuss new safety measures, review recent industry developments and outline a vision for the future of construction operations in the City. There also will be numerous courses for professional credit and informational booths to provide assistance on new initiatives and regulations.

The conference will take place from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Monday, April 23, at the Marriott Marquis in Times Square. Breakfast and lunch will be provided.
